Your responsibilities
- Shaping the future while working on cutting-edge PMT for SW development in a complex automotive control unit environment
- Consolidating customer requirements from the ECUs and SW platforms/projects, elaborate one coherent SW Factory product portfolio and align this within the SW Factory as well with the E/E Cluster in the relevant committees
- Continuous and systematic environmental analysis based on suited insight channels as well as continuous expansion of the insight channels
- Responsibility to deliver the aligned tools and services in time and cost to the ECUs and SW platforms/projects, create and align migration and rollout plans and measure the success based on clearly defined KPIs with them
Your qualifications & skills
- University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or in a related field
- Several years of working experience in automotive project management or managing of large-scale IT services/tools
- Expert with agile software development/project management methods and common tools
- Experience about the BMW Group IT working model (AWM)
- Very good presentation skills in MS PowerPoint incl. ThinkCell
- Very good communication skills with all kinds of stakeholders from developers to senior managers
- Motivation to proactively drive and iterate towards a common solution
